1. Fill out and submit the ELECTRONIC MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE OR RETURN FORM to take advantage of SVOBODA’s Free Exchange and Easy Return Shipping offer:
Pre-paid UPS Shipping Label Used on Exchanges (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY) – Free
If any item(s) are exchanged (versus returned for a refund) there are no charges for return postage in either direction.
Pre-paid UPS Shipping Label Used on Returns (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY) - $8.00
If all item(s) are returned (versus exchanged) we’ll simply deduct a flat fee of $8.00 from your order refund for return postage.
2. Once you have submitted the ELECTRONIC MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE OR RETURN FORM, print two copies of the confirmation screen. Include a copy with your shipment.
3. When we get a copy of your ELECTRONIC MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE OR RETURN FORM through our website, we will e-mail you the UPS Shipping Label during regular business hours.
4. Pack the items you’d like to send back.
5. Print out and attach the UPS Shipping Label to your shipment.
6. Drop your exchange off at one of the following UPS locations: With any UPS driver, The UPS Store, a UPS Customer Center or UPS Alliance Locations or one of the many UPS Authorized Shipping Outlets. Please make sure your package is scanned before leaving. You may leave your package at a UPS location that doesn’t scan it in (i.e., a UPS Drop Box) at your own risk.
6. Upon receipt, we’ll ship U.S. exchanges back to you via either UPS Ground or USPS at no additional charge. Two-Day or Next-Day shipping is available for an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
SVOBODA ships to most international countries, and we do accept international exchanges and returns. On all shipments, International Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. For most countries, if you send us your exchanges via an alternate shipping method, we’ll pay for the shipping on the exchange back out to you. We recommend international customers contact SVOBODA’s customer service via email at Orders@SVOBODAStyle.com to discuss their country’s return and exchange policy.
Alternate Shipping Method
Send your exchange or return back using an alternate shipping method for no charge. Simply send the merchandise to the following address. We strongly recommend you track your return, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide tracking as part their service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.
